Preti’s work is underpinned by a commitment to human rights and to working with people who live in difficult or vulnerable situations.
For Minority Rights Group International she has researched and written extensively about the plight of minorities in Iraq since 2003, working with refugees from some of Iraq’s most ancient religious and ethnic communities who have fled to Jordan and Sweden. She is the editor of several human rights reports and books that focus on the rights of religious, ethnic and linguistic minorities worldwide.
She cofounded ERA Films in 2009. The company has gone on to make documentaries, campaign videos and interactive multimedia including:
QUATAR EXPOSED on workers rights for the International Trade Union Confederation.
