Preti has worked with Ben Crowe since his first short film the man who met himself (2005), which was nominated for the Palme D’Or at the Festival de Cannes. Together they made Je Suis Ici, (2007) and Bound (2011) which was nominated for the Anthony Minghella best short film award at Hull International Film Festival. In 2013 Preti was script-editor and co Producer of Ben’s first feature film, Verity’s Summer, which screened in independent cinemas across the UK and in competition in festivals around the world, including Tehran, Braunschwieg and London.
